Woodside High Schools First Book Launch

The launch of the Library coincided with the launch of Woodside High School’s first ever book.  ‘Blink of an Eye,’  is an inspirational collection of short stories written by the First Story Group.  The event was incredibly successful, as the writers read extracts of their stories and shared their thoughts during the Q&A session. 

It’s a remarkable collection of writing by our remarkable students. Copies are selling fast, get one before they disappear.

The Second Anthology

The second First Story group of writers are currently in the midst of creating the sensational second anthology with our resident writer Alex Wheatle.  We can’t wait for this one.  If you would like to join the creative writing workshop on Friday you are more than welcome to join.  Please see Miss Williams or Mr Jones in the English department for further details.
